When can I order?
Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email from us. Your VAT number will then be automatically added to all your purchases through our B2B portal.

How can I order?
Place your orders through our B2B portal . If you have a non-Belgian VAT number, your orders will be submitted as drafts so we can immediately deduct the VAT for you!

How do I receive the invoice?
Once your order has been paid and shipped, you'll automatically receive an invoice by email. Missing an invoice? Please contact us by email to request one.
