L-tryptophan supports the natural production of serotonin and contributes to a balanced mood. As an essential amino acid, it also plays a role in the normal functioning of the nervous system.

In addition, Relax contains magnesium, an important mineral that contributes to normal muscle and nerve function. Magnesium supports relaxation and helps keep muscles supple. The formula was further supplemented with carefully selected herbal extracts, including Passiflora, which contribute to a calming and relaxing effect.
