Product information

Description
Artboard

Orthosal Vitamin C is a high-dose dietary supplement developed to support the immune system of horses and protect the body against stress and oxidative load.

Vitamin C plays an essential role in the body's defense, supporting the respiratory system, and neutralizing free radicals. Although horses can produce vitamin C themselves, this production may be insufficient during periods of stress, illness, intensive training, or seasonal changes.

Orthosal Vitamin C provides a highly absorbable source of vitamin C, thus helping to strengthen resistance, promote recovery, and support the horse's overall vitality.

Suitability
Artboard
  • For horses with a weakened immune system or allergies
  • For sensitive horses, for example before transport or a change in herd
  • To support chronic conditions
  • For seasonal challenges such as coat changes or sweet itch
Dosage
Artboard
  • Horse (600 kg): 40 g per day (2 scoops), preferably divided into 2 portions.

When discontinuing, it is recommended to gradually reduce supplementation: reduce to 3/4 of the dose for 1 week, then to 1/2 dose for 1 week, then 1/4 dose for 1 week, and then stop.
