Refund policy
At Equicom, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are still not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
How does a return work?
1. Register your return:
Please let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your order by registering it on our return portal.
2. Pack the products well:
Make sure the products are returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and proof of purchase.
Not returnable: Used, opened, soiled, damaged or incomplete products.
3. Send your return:
Send the products within 14 days of your return notification. You will automatically receive a return label as soon as you have notified your return.Â
4. Costs and risk:
You are responsible for any damage or loss during the return process.
Refund
- Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days via the original payment method. The return costs are the same as the delivery charges, excluding free delivery.
- If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we will be unable to issue a refund.
