Lait Poulain

Lait Poulain is a high-quality milk replacer for foals, specially developed to closely match the composition of natural mare's milk. It provides complete and balanced nutrition for young foals in their first phase of life.

The formula, based on whole milk powder and whey proteins, provides essential nutrients that contribute to healthy growth and development. Enriched with vitamins and trace elements, Lait Poulain supports the foal's immunity, bone development, and overall vitality.

This product is ideal for orphan foals or foals whose mare produces insufficient milk, providing a reliable and easily digestible source of nutrition.

Use 120 g (4 scoops) of REVERDY FOAL MILK per liter of very hot water. Mix vigorously with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Allow to cool and feed the milk with a bottle, bowl, or bucket with a teat.

Dosage per age:

• 1 day: Colostrum + 4-5L Foal Milk, divided into 12-24 meals
• 5 days: 7-8L Foal Milk, divided into 10-12 meals
• 10 days: 10-11L Foal Milk, divided into 8-10 meals
• 15 days: 11-12L Foal Milk, divided into 6-8 meals
• 30 days: 12-13L Foal Milk, divided into 4-6 meals
• 45 days: 13-14L Foal Milk, divided into 4-6 meals
• 60 days: 14-15L Foal Milk, divided into 4-6 meals
• 75 days: 14-15L Foal Milk, divided into 3-4 meals
• 90 days: 14-15L Foal Milk, divided into 3-4 meals
• 110 days: 12-13L Foal Milk, divided into 2-3 meals

At the same time, we recommend introducing REVERDY FOAL concentrate feed from 15 days of age. Weaning can then take place when the foal is approximately 4 to 5 months old, provided it consumes sufficient REVERDY FOAL (2 liters, equivalent to 1.4 kg per day).

For ponies, administer a daily dose proportionate to the animal's weight.
