Refund policy

At Equicom, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are still not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

How does a return work?

1. Register your return:

Let us know you want to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This can be done by sending an e-mail to contact@equicom.shop.

2. Pack the products well:

Make sure the products are returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Not returnable: Used, opened, soiled, damaged or incomplete products.

3. Send your return:

Send the products within 14 days of your return notification. You will automatically receive a return label as soon as you have notified your return. 

4. Costs and risk:

Return costs are at your own expense. You are responsible for any damage or loss during the return process.

Refund

• After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
• If the product is damaged or not in original condition, we may charge a depreciation.
