Elyte C+E

Elyte C+E is a complementary feed composed of a completely water-soluble mixture of electrolyte salts, integrated with vitamin C and vitamin E and formulated according to the most recent guidelines of the American NRC system. Since the horse has hypertonic sweating, i.e. with a salt concentration much higher than that of the blood, very abundant sweating causes a huge loss of sodium, potassium, chloride, magnesium and calcium, which must therefore be replenished very quickly to avoid a feeling of tiredness and muscle cramps. This is precisely the purpose of Elyte C+E, whose formula also ensures that the daily requirement of vitamin E and vitamin C is met, with 540 mg and 1150 mg per dose per day respectively.

Use 60 g Elyte C+E per day to replenish salts lost through sweating. During prolonged efforts, competitive activities and especially during the warm season it is recommended to increase the amount to 100 g per day.
